The London gig at The Forum last night was utter shit!!!..By far the worst performance i,ve ever seen from them...Frequently out of tune guitars,,Ginger not bothered to sing the songs.instead playing instrumentals..Pure shit.. I flew from Ireland to see this gig..spent well over €200 on flight, train from airport, hotel and gig ticket..and it aint the 1st time,,a few gigs back,i spent alot of money to get to the UK to see them and Ginger had similar issues on stage and the gig ended up being very poor,,the time before that i again spent alot of money to get to see them and they cancelled,,the only refund i got was the gig ticket..i lost out big time on that one. Last night they started "Just In Lust" (one of my fav songs) as i got into them around that time in 95..so i was chuffed only for ginger to sing a few lines then looking really pissed off smashes the mic stand with his guitar sending the mic stand crashing to the ground,,for the rest of the song ginger just walked around in circles playing his guitar..the front row (where i was) were looking at each other and im sure they were thinking the same as me..WTF And he did that numerous times during last nights gig. Ginger obviously has issues and i applaud his honesty with coming out to the crowd and apologizing telling us straight up that he was in a shit mood. But for me personally it all comes down to this- If im going to be bothered to organise travel and accomodation spending hundreds of euros doing so to go see one of my favourite bands....then i expect to see a rockin show,,not someone who does,nt give a shit and walks around the stage in circles instead of singing his songs.....but thats just me So in finishing im just going to say that im retiring from The Wildhearts live experience.Im just going to listen to their cds from now on.

Ok..I'd like to start a thread about the Bulldog Bash this year, and of course the Wildhearts appearance....what are peoples opinions regarding the 'incident', and what is your opinion of the rallies hosts in the cold light of day after the event?
